Postgraduate Certificate – Leadership, Diversity, and Innovation
The Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership, Diversity, and Innovation is designed for individuals who wish to obtain a credential through interdisciplinary study of leadership, diversity, and innovation. Students engage with ethical and leadership theories that contribute to improved operational performance. Students also develop competencies understanding how culture, equity, diversity, and inclusion through governance and policy contribute to organizational identity. Upon completion of the certificate, students are able to apply their learning by making an immediate impact on their organization.
This program will prepare students to:
- Leadership: Integrate leadership theories, business models, and ethical principles for improved operational performance.
- Diversity: Improve cultural competency, equity, diversity, and inclusion through leadership, governance, and policy.
- Innovation: Demonstrate thought leadership, founded in research, that contributes to organizational and societal solutions.
