
Graduate Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management
Enhance your current degree with a certificate in global supply chain management. This certificate gives graduates the tools to understand and optimize supply chain functions and project management/Six Sigma Green Belt skills. Learn skills to drive agility, opportunities for growth and sustainability, and improve company efficiency and adaptability in a fast-paced and rapidly changing global business environment, creating a competitive advantage for organizations. Graduates will also hone their project management and lean operations skills.
Four courses of this certificate focus on global operations and value chains, data science, optimizing global logistics and supply chains, and global supply network design, execution and cost management. Students will gain extensive knowledge of supply chain functioning and optimization in today’s volatile market and economy dependent upon procurement of supply chain goods and services.
Two courses of the certificate focus on enhancement of project management skills and knowledge necessary to successful completion of projects, as well as application of lean principles, team dynamics and performance, process analysis and capability, and measurement system management.
