The Undergraduate Certificate in the Advancement of Computing – Information Technology is designed to help you develop the marketable skills that you need to succeed in the information technology field. Information technology is a fast-growing field which is projected to grow 12 percent through 2028, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Demand for IT professionals is high as technology plays ever larger roles in everyday life.
Upon successful completion of the certificate, students will have mastery of information technology principles and advanced skills in the areas of systems administration, cloud computing, software testing, and information technology service management to build a career in the area of information technology.

The Undergraduate Certificate in the Advancement of Computing – Information Technology will prepare students to:
