New Cohort of International Students in Seattle
Last week we had a pleasure of welcoming a new cohort of international students. Students from Bangladesh, China, Czech Republic, Mongolia, Nepal, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Iran, South Korea, Syria, Taiwan, and Thailand among other countries have started their studies at CityU in Seattle this spring. The President of the University, Lee Gorsuch, welcomed the students in our new campus in Seattle and shared with them some insights from his person experience of living and studying abroad. As a part of the orientation session new incoming students learned about how better unjust to the new for them learning and living environment, immigration regulations governing their international student status during their live in the US, and took the English language placement test. We all wish them good luck and look forward to working with them in the next few years to come!
