Want to live in downtown Seattle? Check out our new resident hall…
Students who want to move into CityU’s residence hall this September for the start of the fall quarter must submit an application as soon as possible. Four floors within the brand new Cornish Commons residence hall are dedicated to CityU students where they’ll be able to live, work and study in the heart of Seattle.
The 20-story building is just seven blocks from campus and steps away from theaters, parks, restaurants, shopping, transit stations and more. Students who apply early are given priority to choose who they want to live with and whether they want to live in a single, double or triple room.
How to apply:
- Read the Housing and Meal Plan Terms and Conditions.
- Fill out the Housing and Meal Plan Contract.
- Submit your completed Housing and Meal Plan Contract, your immunization documentation and a $300 deposit. Email your materials to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail printed versions to: Housing & Residence Life, City University of Seattle, 521 Wall Street, Seattle, WA 98121. Mail checks or money orders to the same address, or pay by credit card by calling 800.426.5596 ext. 4910.
Enjoy the postcard-views from top-floor Sky Lounge and community room where students can play a game of pool or shuffle board. Access to a 24-hour fitness center and laundry room will make students feel right at home.
