If you’re not in a position to walk out on your job, move to a beautiful beach in an exotic land, and sip fruity drinks with umbrellas in them, then you’re going to have to learn how to be grateful for your job – bad boss and work stress, too.
Complaining about it will not work. Getting angry about it will not work. Spending your lunch breaks looking for a new job will not work either. What will work is applying gratitude and following the seven steps Kandis Webb lays out for you on how to make your job work for you.
First, she’ll share with you one of the most challenging career situations she ever experienced. Then she’ll tell you how you can showing up at work feeling happy and in control of not only yourself and your emotions, but also your job and your boss!
