Description: Collective impact is the idea that complex social problems are best addressed when various organizations in different sectors work together under a common agenda.   However, a key (and rarely discussed) aspect of that idea are the leaders within those organizations and what leadership skills are needed for successful collaboration to happen.  This webinar focuses on the issues of leadership within a collective impact approach to social change and will explore important questions such as:

  • What leadership “style” works best?
  • What skills do leaders need to bring different perspectives together?
  • What works and doesn’t work for me as a leader?
