The Sanford Institute of Philanthropy at City University of Seattle is proud to offer this morning workshop based on the vision of philanthropist T. Denny Sanford. The Sanford Institute is a leader in educational and training curriculum for the nonprofit sector.

In this workshop, we will explore social styles, how to apply social styles to approaching donors, and how to be adaptive and versatile when working when donors.

You will learn how to:

  • Recognize the four different behavioral styles
  • Identify your dominant style
  • Understand the concept of versatility and adaptability
