Today, City University of Seattle signed an Agreement of Collaboration with Vysoká škola finanční a spravní (VŠFS) and Changchun University of Finance and Economics (Changchun University). This agreement facilitates students to study on three continents in six years, and earn three collegiate degrees. The main purpose of this agreement is to expand international educational opportunities for students at Changchun University.

Now that this agreement is enacted, students at Changchun Universitywill spend their first year in China where they will take their first year of classes and will transfer to VŠFS where they will spend three years studying a variety of business practices and earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from City University of Seattle, and a business degree from Changchun University. Upon completing this undergraduate degree, students will continue their studies in Seattle, Washington at CityU’s main campus. Students will focus their studies on business administration and earn an M.B.A. from City University of Seattle.

Each degree earned from CityU is accredited through the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities – a regional accrediting body approved by the United States Department of Education. This agreement was signed today at the Mayor’s Hall at the Žofín Palace in Prague, Czech Republic.

This tri-continental agreement is likely the first of its kind and underscores CityU’s commitment to serving students around the world.  To learn more about City University of Seattle’s locations around world, visit CityU’s location page.
