CityU Alumni Association to celebrate CityU’s 40th Anniversary with publication of first Alumni Directory!

The City University of Seattle Alumni Association is proud to collaborate with Harris Connect, the nation’s leading alumni directory publisher, to create the City University of Seattle 40th Anniversary Alumni Today album. This alumni publication project — a first for CityU — will feature information from CityU’s nearly 50,000 global graduates, allowing alums to connect with one another using the most up-to-date information.Beginning this week, Harris Connect will be contacting alumni via postcard, email, and phone to invite them to update or verify their profile for inclusion in the directory. Alumni will be given a phone number or a website to update or verify their information. Alums may also submit a brief essay and/or photo. We look forward to hearing what they are doing today.

The directory will have two components — a beautifully bound publication with alphabetical listings by region and year, and a multimedia, searchable CD-ROM. In addition, it will not only feature alumni — names, addresses, affiliations, businesses, networks, and special interests — but also tell the story of CityU’s first 40 years through stories, historical information, and full-color photographs. All alumni will be included in the directory with the information Harris Connect has on file, unless they request to be removed. The deadline for this is November 19, 2012.
