Thinking about earning your doctorate? You now have two options at CityU: a DBA or an Ed.D.

CityU now offers two doctoral degrees. Beginning this fall, CityU offers an online Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) that focuses on agile business practices, leadership, and critical thinking, allowing students to develop specialized business knowledge in an area of their choice. This flexible DBA program is ideal for experienced business leaders who want to build on their existing business knowledge and go further in their consulting or corporate career. Why I earned two master’s degrees from CityU

John Quigley has received two degrees from City University of Seattle – a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Project Management. Listen to John recount what led him to both of these degrees and how each has uniquely helped him to become a leader in his field. Enactus works on an app with Washington senator and the National Federation of the Blind!

Getting a hands-on education has new meaning for some of CityU’s Enactus team members. Through one of their entrepreneurial initiatives, students Anushka Hariharan and Swati Swaminathan have been working with the National Federation of the Blind, Seattle Chapter to promote a sophisticated mobile app called the KNFB Reader that detects text, processes it and reads it out loud to users in 13 different languages. The app is intended for users who are seeing or reading-impaired. Read more…

CityU’s master of science in project management ranks 17th in U.S.

City University of Seattle’s online Master of Science in Project Management ranked 17th in a list of the top 50 online master’s programs in project management in the U.S., complied by Top Management Degrees. This ranking was derived from the most recent and publicly available sources, including The Princeton Review, US News and World Report, National Center for Education and Statistics, and PayScale.
