As a student-centered educational system, we remain focused on aligning our programs and services to meet the needs of the students and communities we serve.
The National University System (NUS), a network of nonprofit K-12 and higher education institutions, is dedicated to working with others to identify more opportunities that make quality education accessible to lifelong learners.
One of the instrumental ways we foster student success is through the collaboration of institutions and people across the System. Under the leadership of our university presidents, our schools, colleges and institutes have established themselves as pillars of excellence in the community.
As a nonprofit university system, giving back to the communities we serve is a priority year-round. However, November is a special month when we all take time to reflect on the things for which we are grateful and let that inspire the philanthropist in all of us to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Collaboration is a pillar of what has made the National University System a true leader in redefining learning in the 21st Century. Through the System, our higher education affiliates each bring unique talents and strengths that define their institutions and allow us to collectively offer a wide range of services, such as shared student support systems and career-enhancing academic pathways, that benefit our students and lifelong learners.
I am proud that the National University System is dedicated to delivering an exceptional student experience to every learner, focused on student success, and ensuring programs and degrees are market-relevant and aligned with workforce needs. As the population of adult learners continues to grow alongside technological advancement, the demand for new education models and high-choice academic pathways also grow.
