City University of Seattle's Associate of Science in General Studies degree is designed for anyone who needs an associate's degree, but is not yet sure what professional path to take.

What can I do with my degree?
Upon completion of the program, you will have gained statistical and critical thinking skills needed to analyze problems and available data. Depending on your focus of study, you will be qualified for a number of positions in a variety of fields.

A.S. of General Studies
The Associate of Science in General Studies is a flexible, two-year program that introduces students to a given field and prepares them for entry-level positions or seamless continuation to a Bachelor's degree program at City University of Seattle. Students with prior college credits or formal non-collegiate training are provided the opportunity to transfer up to 65 lower-division credits.

Active Duty Military Option
Finish your degree while still on active duty! City University of Seattle accepts credits for military education and training. In addition, CityU also follows the recommendations of the ACE Guide and of various state-sponsored programs to accept non-collegiate instruction. Students enrolled in the A.S. in General Studies Military Option program may transfer up to 85 credits to City University of Seattle. For more information, contact an Admissions Advisor.
