City University of Seattle’s Executive M.B.A. in Global Leadership (E.M.B.A) is designed to provide busy, executive track individuals with a truly globally-focused business education.

This accelerated 18-month program offers flexible class schedules—including intensive weekend sessions and online coursework—to prepare graduates for a successful global career without sacrificing work or family.

The E.M.B.A. was developed after surveying employers from the United States, Europe, and China to determine what set of skills globally focused, multinational organizations look for when hiring or promoting for a management position.

This program incorporates a cohort model of learning, meaning students will start and finish the program together. In addition to the CityU faculty who have decades of real-world, business experience, guest lecturers from leading Seattle-based multinationals help to enhance the program’s curriculum by offering practical business leadership perspectives.

As a future graduate of CityU’s Executive M.B.A. in Global Leadership (E.M.B.A.), you will acquire the skills necessary to lead global teams, communicate cross-culturally, navigate and improve global organizations, and make socially responsible decisions.
