Our program is designed to enhance and refine the leadership skills of working Washington State principals, assistant principals, and district-level administrators who wish to meet state requirements for advanced professional certification. City University’s unique four-quarter program is convenient, flexible, and job embedded. Its dynamic and interactive seminars are held quarterly on Saturdays in regionally accessible locations. If you are an administrator with two or more years of experience and hold residency administrator certification issued after September 2004, this program is for you. New lower price!

  4. Request official transcripts
  5. Submit completed checklist, application and all forms

Admission Requirements

  • Completed CityU application
  • Current WA State Residency Certificate for Principal or Program Administrator
  • Two years as principal, assistant principal, or program administrator
  • A letter of application
  • Two letters of recommendation from current supervisor and district administrator
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA in master degree program and residency certificate programs
