City University of Seattle’s Undergraduate Certificate in Child and Adolescent Services program is designed for anyone interested in working with children, adolescents and their families with issues related to mental health.

What can I do with my certificate?
Upon completion of the program, you will understand the biological, social and psychological issues related to child and adolescent development. You will have learned the fundamentals of testing and assessment and effective communication. You will have gained the knowledge, skills and practical experience necessary to work with children and adolescents in a variety of youth and family service settings. You may also choose to pursue further studies in human services, communications, counseling, psychology or therapy.
