Degree Program Options

Start your 2+2 program by choosing from one of nine Ivy Bridge College associate degree majors. All of these majors transfer seamlessly into your major at CityU. Each major program consists of 20 three-credit courses including:

  • Knowledge Skills Core: 8 Courses
    Establish a foundation for academic success with courses that include English composition and literature, math, information technology, communications, history, and social science.
  • Major Courses: 8 to 10 Courses
    Get the theoretical and practical knowledge specific to your chosen area of study with courses that focus on the skills you need to advance to higher-level study.
  • Electives: 2 to 3 Courses
    Choose courses you're interested in or that satisfy specific requirements for your bachelor's degree program.

Associate of Arts in General Studies

The Associate of Arts in General Studies program provides you with the academic foundation you need to be successful in a variety of majors at the bachelor level. The program covers a wide variety of academic disciplines including humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. If you're undecided about what major you're interested in and need more time to explore your options, the general studies degree is a great choice for you.

Associate of Business Administration

The Associate of Business Administration programs focus on core competencies relevant to real-world management and business scenarios. In addition, there are five concentrations that allow you to develop expertise in specific fields.

Choose from five major options:

  • Associate of Business Administration in Accounting
  • Associate of Business Administration in Business
  • Associate of Business Administration in Computer & Information Technology
  • Associate of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration
  • Associate of Business Administration in Sports & Recreation Management

Associate of Criminal Justice

The Associate of Criminal Justice programs feature and innovative blend of academic and practical knowledge in the law, behavioral sciences, and the political process. Each concentration option allows you to develop expertise in the specific field that aligns with your career goals.

Choose from three major options:

  • Associate of Criminal Justice in Corrections
  • Associate of Criminal Justice in Homeland Security
  • Associate of Criminal Justice in Law Enforcement
