City University of Seattle utilizes the latest technology to deliver personal guidance and support to both prospective and current students.

Via LIVE Advisor, you can chat with an advisor online in real-time through your web browser and receive one-on-one assistance in a variety of matters including registration, applying for scholarships and financial aid, and any other special needs.

LIVE Advisor is designed to be quick and easy and enables you to have your questions answered without using a telephone or having to wait for an email response.

How-to Use LIVE Advisor
Check the graphic to the right to determine if the LIVE Advisor system is open or closed.

If it is open, click on the graphic. You will be asked to complete a short information form, then directed to wait in a virtual "lobby." You will be connected to an advisor as soon as one is available.

During your session, you will "text chat" and be able to see your advisor via web cam.

After the session, you will receive a "session transcript" for reference.

If you are a student of City University of Seattle, please use the LIVE Advisor system in My.CityU (linked-to under your Student Menu).
