What is it?
Tegrity allows instructors to record lectures, explanations of key concepts, or self-introductions for students to view in the Blackboard course shell. Tegrity records the content on the instructor's computer screen, such as a PowerPoint presentation, along with his/her voice and video image (optional). Students can also create recordings for presentation assignments. Both instructors and students can add questions and private or public notes to key points of the recording. For a summary of Tegrity's features, visit http://www.tegrity.com/product/instructors.
How do I get access?
Email LRC@cityu.edu to request that Tegrity be added to your Blackboard course shell. A member of the Academic Technology team will reply with instructions for how to get started.
Who do I contact if I have problems?
If you are having problems with Tegrity specifically, email LRC@cityu.edu or use our Ask
a Librarian service. For other technical problems, visit the CityU
