Laid-Off Worker Scholarship

As a private, not-for-profit university that's funded by tuition dollars and not by endowments or public funding, CityU is in a unique position to be able to provide qualified laid-off workers in Washington state with financial assistance to go to school. We're proud to provide more than $2.7 million in scholarships to students who were recently let go from their jobs.

Undergrad Scholarships worth $10,800

Ready to earn your bachelor's degree? This could be a great time to build on your existing college credits or associate's degree to earn or finish your bachelor's degree. CityU will award 200 recently laid-off workers undergrad scholarships worth $1,800 per quarter for six quarters, totaling $10,800.*

• Are you currently working less than 20 hours per week?
• Do you have an associate's degree or equivalent to transfer?
• Are you interested in taking a full time program to earn one of the following degrees?

Graduate Scholarships worth $3,000
