International Student Admissions
Documentation Checklist:
- Completed and signed International Student Application Form
- $50 application fee (non-refundable)
- Copy of the picture identification page (including expiration date) of your passport
- Copy of I94 departure record (after arrival in the U.S., both front and back)
- If you studied in the US: official transcripts from U.S. universities
- If you studied outside of the US: original diplomas and transcripts with certified English translations or certified copies of diplomas and transcripts with certified English translations
- Proof of English Language proficiency: TOEFL score report (ETS code: 4042) or other proof of English language proficiency
- Consent to release information (only if applying through one of the university’s agents)
- F1 students only: Your or your sponsor’s bank statement:
- dated within nine months of the desired starting date
- showing the following minimum amounts: $26,881 for ELP, $38,503 for undergraduate and $37,468 for graduate admission
- if you have a sponsor, in addition to the bank statement, the sponsor needs to submit a letter confirming that s/he will be responsible for your expenses in the U.S./Canada
