Your Responsibilities

By accepting financial aid, you agree to do the following:

• Inform the Financial Aid Office of scholarships, vocational rehabilitation, employer educational assistance, awards or any other forms of assistance you will receive
• Accept the Financial Aid Award package immediately
• Inform CityU of any changes in address, Social Security number or name
• Know and understand the terms and conditions of all financial aid programs from which you accept aid
• Stay up-to-date on the repayment of any educational loans or grants
• Not owe a repayment on any grant, or be in default on any loan made for attendance at any college or university
• Borrow within the loan limits under Title IV programs at any institution
• Make satisfactory academic progress
